We proudly offer shipping to all of mainland Spain, including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Additionally, we offer international shipping, depending on the region you select during checkout.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland Spain: 2 to 5 business days.
- Balearic Islands: 3 to 7 business days.
- Canary Islands: 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures.
- International: Depending on the destination, delivery times range from 5 to 15 business days.
These delivery times are calculated from the moment the shipment is confirmed, which takes place after your order has been processed. Please note that these times are estimates, and external factors could impact delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the destination and the total weight of the order. If you’d like to know the exact shipping cost, you can use our shipping estimator before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over 100€ within mainland Spain. However, the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and international destinations may have specific conditions.
4. Tracking Shipments

5. Shipping Address
It is essential that the shipping details you provide during checkout are accurate, especially the shipping address. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can correct it.
6. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country. International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Please verify with your local authorities for any additional charges before making your purchase.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen factors such as adverse weather conditions, shipping company issues, or extraordinary events may cause delays. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.
8. Shipping to the Canary Islands
Orders sent to the Canary Islands may incur additional taxes, such as the IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax). The customer will need to pay these taxes directly to the carrier. Additionally, due to customs procedures, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please note that these taxes and potential delays are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Returns or Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can provide a solution. If the product needs to be returned or replaced, any shipping costs associated with the return or replacement will be covered by Snthstands.
10. Force Majeure and Exceptions
In exceptional situations, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events that disrupt the shipping service, delivery times may be affected. In such cases, we will promptly inform you about any delays or changes to your delivery schedule.
